Trade Display
The Association appreciates the continued support of our Associate Members who participate in the trade display area. This space provides valuable opportunities for both petfood producers and suppliers, fostering connections and mutual benefits. The 2026 trade display will be held in the Waitaki Room at Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre.

We’ve upgraded from table spaces to booths this year.

Walls: Black Velcro-receptive panels
Includes: Company name sign (if required), 10amp 4-pin power board, 2 LED spotlight and table & chairs (if required)
Deliveries
Te Pae has limited storage and cannot accept deliveries more than one day in advance. To assist exhibitors, a third-party logistics company (Method Logistics) has been engaged to receive all trade display materials and deliver them to Te Pae on pack-in day.

Pack-In Access
Pack-in will be available on the afternoon of Wednesday, 18 February. Booths will be assembled during this time, and Method Logistics will deliver all materials received before noon that day.
The Te Pae loading dock is located at 102 Armagh Street, Christchurch.

Exhibitor Delegate Pricing (same as conference delegates):
Thursday Conference: $300.00 (incl. GST) (excl. $260.87)
Friday Conference: $200.00 (incl. GST) (excl. $173.91)
Thursday Dinner: $150.00 (incl. GST) (excl. $130.43)
All pricing includes venue access, catering, and refreshments.
